As our products are 3D printed, minor variations in finish, layer lines, or slight imperfections are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AdAstra3DPrints reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until AdAstra3DPrints confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as AdAstra3DPrints may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless stated otherwise for specific digital files where you have purchased a commercial license.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and the products ordered. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by you upon delivery.Where available, we will provide tracking information for your order. All content on this website and all products sold through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, products, 3D models, digital files (including STL files, SVG files, and other digital formats), photographs, videos, and other materials (collectively, "Content") are the property of AdAstra3DPrints or our licensors and are protected by Greek, European Union, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Ownership of Products and Digital Files
All designs, 3D models, and digital files remain the exclusive property of AdAstra3DPrints.
When you purchase digital files (such as STL files, SVG files, or other downloadable content), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product description.
Prohibited Uses of Our Intellectual Property
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, Content, or products for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any physical products to recreate the 3D models or designs
- Share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer any digital files to third parties
- Use our designs, 3D models, or digital files to create derivative works.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our Content or products
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without authorization
Unauthorized Use of Our Content
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our photographs, videos, product images, or any other visual content without prior written consent from AdAstra3DPrints is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Legal action for copyright infringement
- Monetary damages and fines as provided by Greek and EU copyright law
- Injunctive relief to stop the unauthorized use
- Recovery of our legal costs and attorney's fees

Limited Personal Use License
For physical products purchased from us, you may use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce the design or create copies for sale or distribution.
For digital files purchased from us, unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may:
- Use the files to create physical items for your personal use only
- Print or manufacture a reasonable number of items for personal gifts (not for sale)
You may not:
- Sell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves
- Use the files to create products for commercial sale
- Claim the designs as your own work
Trademarks
AdAstra3DPrints and our logo are trademarks of AdAstra3DPrints. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
Copyright Infringement Claims
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Content on our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@adastra3dprints.shop with the following information:

Termination by You

Termination by Us

Account Inactivity

AdAstra3DPrints uses Shopify as our e-commerce platform to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with AdAstra3DPrints, not with Shopify.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AdAstra3DPrints, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with AdAstra3DPrints.

You and AdAstra3DPrints consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
For consumers within the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
For business-to-business transactions, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
