Delivery Times:
EU: 5–10 business days after processing.
Non-EU, U.S.A, and Rest of the World: 7-12 business days after processing.
Processing Time: 3–10 business days for all orders.

EU, Non-EU, and Rest of the World: €18 standard shipping; signature required upon delivery and a tracking number provided.
United States:
DDP NOT INCLUDED OPTION: 28 USD for standard shipping via FedEx. You will have to pay for Duties and taxes when the item arrives.
Tracking number provided.DDP INCLUDED OPTION: 38 USD for standard shipping via FedEx with DDP included with the shipping costs.

Handling: Orders are securely packaged to protect 3D prints and ensure product integrity.
Liability Limitation: AdAstra3DPrints is not liable for delays, loss, or damage to shipments caused by carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes). Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed with the carrier, we will assist with documentation.
Force Majeure: Ad Astra 3D Prints is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or power outages. Affected orders will be processed as soon as practicable, and customers will be notified. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
