Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, below you will find details regarding our return and refund policy, in accordance with Greek and European consumer protection laws.


1. Policy for Customers within the European Union (EU) - Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.


Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.


Exercising the Right: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail, or a letter sent by post).We strongly recommend contacting us via email at info@adastra3dprints.shop for the fastest and most efficient response.


You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form (see the end of the policy), though this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


2. Effects of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this purchase, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this purchase.


Refund Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


Withholding Reimbursement: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods for inspection. We reserve the right to make deductions from the reimbursement amount for any diminished value of the goods if such diminishment results from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means you may handle the goods in the same manner as you would be allowed to handle them in a physical store, but any use beyond inspection may result in a deduction from your refund.

3. Returning the Products After Withdrawal


Timeframe for Return: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this purchase to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.


Cost of Return: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


Condition of Products: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means the product must be returned in its original condition, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accompanying documents and accessories.


4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following circumstances:


The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom 3D printed items designed to your requirements).


The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened (e.g., earrings, certain cosmetics).


The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as downloadable STL files, SVG files, digital artwork, is excluded from the Right of Withdrawal once performance has begun with your explicit prior consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Due to the nature of digital files, which are instantly accessible upon download and cannot be returned or verified as unused once accessed, all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable once the download has commenced.


5. Defective Products or Incorrect Deliveries (Legal Guarantee)


If the product you receive is defective (e.g., damaged during shipping, malfunctioning) or you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please contact us immediately at info@adastra3dprints.shop within 48 hours of receipt. Please include clear photos or video of the damaged or defective product when you contact us. This helps us understand the issue and resolve it faster for you

In these cases, the legal guarantee for lack of conformity of goods with the sales contract applies (Greek Law N. 2251/1994, Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code). You have the right, at your option, to:

  • Have the product repaired (if possible)

  • Have the product replaced with a new one

  • Receive a reduction in the price

  • Withdraw from the purchase (full refund), unless the lack of conformity is minor

The cost of return shipping and re-shipping (in case of replacement or repair) in these cases is entirely borne by AdAstra3DPrints. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return address.


Package the Item(s): Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged, ideally in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents.


Ship the Item(s): Send the item(s) back to us following our instructions. Please retain proof of postage for your records.
