What is AdAstra3DPrints? AdAstra3DPrints specializes in high-quality 3D printed products. We create custom figurines, collectibles, and unique items using advanced 3D printing technology.
What materials do you use? We use PLA which is a bioplastic derived from renewable, plant-based sources like corn starch, sugarcane to ensure durability and detail in every print. All our materials are safe and environmentally friendly.
Can I request custom designs? Yes! We offer custom 3D design services. Contact us at info@adastra3dprints.shop with your design ideas or files, and we'll provide a quote.

How long does production take? Most items are printed and prepared within 3-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.
SHOP / PRODUCTS
Are your products handmade? Yes, each item is carefully 3D designed, 3D printed and finished/painted by hand to ensure the highest quality.
What sizes are available? Product sizes vary by item. Check each product page for specific dimensions. We can also create custom sizes upon request.
Can I see the product before it ships? We can provide photos of your completed item before shipping for custom orders. Just let us know when placing your order.
Handling: Orders are securely packaged to protect 3D prints and ensure product integrity.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Currently, we don't offer gift wrapping, but all items are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-EU Countries: Andorra, Armenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, UK.
Rest of the World: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Greenland, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Vietnam.

How long does shipping take?
- EU: 5-10 business days after processing.
- Non-EU, U.S.A, and Rest of the World: 7-12 business days after processing.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs:
EU, Non-EU, and Rest of the World: €18 standard shipping; signature required upon delivery and a tracking number provided.
United States:
DDP NOT INCLUDED OPTION: 28 USD for standard shipping via FedEx. You will have to pay for Duties and taxes when the item arrives.
Tracking number provided.
DDP INCLUDED OPTION: 38 USD for standard shipping via FedEx with DDP included with the shipping costs.
Tracking number provided. All tarifs and duties are included, with no additional charges upon arrival.
DDP INCLUDED EXPRESS OPTION: 50 USD for Express Shipping via FedEx DDP included with the shipping costs.

What if I'm not home for delivery? (Not for FedEx deliveries) The courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local post office.
What if no notice is left? If no delivery notice is left, simply check your tracking number to see exactly where your package is.

Carriers & Tracking: We use trusted carriers like Hellenic Post, Royal Mail, and FedEx (U.S.A.). Hellenic Post partners with each country’s designated postal service (e.g., PostNL, La Poste, Deutche post) to ensure seamless delivery and tracking.Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.
